Damaged in Transit & Delivery Shortages
Please inspect your tablets immediately upon delivery.
• Reporting Window: If your goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or with items missing, you must report this to us within 24 to 48 hours. If you fail to do so, we cannot claim against the courier for the loss.
• Unchecked Deliveries: If you are unable to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt, please write "NOT CHECKED" on the delivery papers before signing. You then have 2 working days to check for damage/shortages and report them to us.
• Evidence: We may request photographic evidence of the damaged goods and packaging so we can process our courier claim.
Faulty Goods & Warranty Claims
If your tablets are genuinely defective or do not perform as specified under normal conditions, you have a statutory right to a replacement or a refund.
• Return to Base: Our warranties operate on a "return to base" policy. The sender covers initial return postage. If the item is confirmed faulty upon inspection, we will cover/reimburse agreed return postage costs up to a maximum of £15.
• Testing & Inspection: We require the defective goods to be returned so our team (or the manufacturer) can run tests.
• False Claims: If the goods are found to be fully functional, or if the defect is a result of misuse, neglect, or incorrect storage/application, the warranty claim will be declined. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee to cover our testing and return shipping costs.
