Subscription Cancellations
Our direct-to-consumer tablet subscriptions are designed to keep your pool or spa biofilm-free without interruption. However, you are always in complete control.
• Flexibility: You can pause, amend, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account dashboard at www.biofilmsremover.co.uk.
• Cancellation Timing: To avoid being billed for your next scheduled delivery, you must cancel your subscription at least 5 working days before your next billing/renewal date.
• Dispatched Orders: If a subscription order has already been processed and dispatched before you cancel (within that 5-working-day window), that cancellation will apply to the following scheduled delivery. You will need to follow our standard returns process below for the shipped order.
